Sephora E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards are redeemable in the country of purchase and only for merchandise sold on our website at www.sephora.ph. No fees of any kind will be charged against the unused balance of Sephora E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards.

Your Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card shall be valid for the period of one (1) year from the date of delivery (for E-Gift Cards) or date of purchase (for Gift Cards).

Redemption of Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card is only applicable in the country the Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card was purchased. It cannot be redeemed in other countries. Unredeemed value will not be converted to cash upon expiry of the Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card.

To redeem the value of a gift card (or part thereof):

(a) For online purchases, select "Sephora Gift Card" under "Payment Methods" and key in the relevant E-Gift Card / Gift Card details.

For orders which exceed the balance of your E-Gift Card / Gift Card, the excess amount shall be payable using another method of payment.

You can view your Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card balance when making a purchase. On the checkout page, select Sephora Gift Card as a payment option and enter your card details. Your card balance would be shown thereafter.

Alternatively, you may register your E-Gift Card/Gift Card here (and check your balance here anytime during the validity of your E-Gift Card/Gift Card

No refunds, returns or cancellations are permitted with respect to E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards.

Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card have cash value and should be safeguarded accordingly to prevent misuse. For example, please do not display your Sephora E-Gift Card number and PIN online.

If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card, contact Customer Service immediately. Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card will not be replaced if lost or stolen without the purchaser's confirmation email as proof of purchase.

Sephora will not be liable for or required to replace any Sephora E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards that have been fully or partially redeemed, whether or not such redemption was authorised by you.

You may not use a Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card to purchase other Sephora E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards.

Sephora E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or exchanged or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. Sephora E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards are void if they are (or if there was an attempt to) reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or exchanged or redeemed for cash.

Unused Sephora E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards may not be transferred.

You can only purchase two Sephora E-Gift Cards within 24 hours, we reserve the right to cancel and refund E-Gift Cards related to suspicious activity.

Any claim or dispute between you and Sephora that arises in whole or in part from these Terms and Conditions, your access to and/or use of the E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards or any other service or functionality offered to you by Sephora shall be governed in accordance with the law of the Republic of Philippines, without giving effect to any principles of conflict of laws. You agree that the courts of the Republic of Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or its subject matter or formation.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Sephora's failure to assert any right or provision under these terms of use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. It is the express wish of the parties that these terms of use and all related documents be drawn up in English. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, you and Sephora agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to the sites and the interactive services must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.

Ownership and risk of loss of Sephora E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards passes to the purchaser as soon as we send our confirmation to the recipient. We are not responsible for lost or stolen Sephora E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards. If you have any questions, please refer to the FAQs.

If you need assistance with any aspect of your purchase, ownership, or use of your Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card, please contact Customer Service. Please refer to your order number, or be ready to supply your email address and confirmation e-mail as proof of purchase.

Sephora Gift Cards / E-Gift Cards may be paid for with a valid VISA, MasterCard or American Express.

All orders and successful delivery of Sephora Gift Cards / E-Gift Cards are subject to the approval of the purchaser's financial institution. Until the transaction is approved, your Sephora Gift Cards / E-Gift Card order may be cancelled or delayed.
If the date on which you want a Sephora E-Gift Card delivered has passed and the recipient has not received an email confirmation with the Sephora E-Gift Card details, please contact Customer Service. Please refer to your order number, or be ready to supply your email address and confirmation e-mail as proof of purchase.
We are not responsible for Sephora E-Gift Cards that are undeliverable or not received due to your failure to enter an accurate email address for the recipient. Please check to make sure the email address of the recipient is correct and contact Customer Service if you suspect the recipient did not receive his/her Sephora E-Gift Card.

If you have confirmed the recipient's email address but the Sephora E-Gift Card has not been viewed within a reasonable period after the requested delivery date, following is a list of the most common reasons why delivery may have failed:
1. Spam filter blocked email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder.
2. Recipient's firewall blocked the email.
3. Email inbox has exceeded its size limit.
4. Invalid email address.
If a spam filter is blocking our emails from getting to the recipient’s inbox, the email options/settings of the recipient will need to be modified so that our emails are not considered spam.

If you wish to add a personal message to a Sephora E-Gift Card, simply type your message in the message field upon selecting a card design on the page. Personal messages are limited in length to the space provided on the Sephora E-Gift Card email. There is no additional charge to include a personalized message. We do not read every gift message, but if we do find inappropriate, offensive or otherwise objectionable messages, we reserve the right to remove them. Thank you for your cooperation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, subject to applicable consumer protection provisions, Sephora will not be liable for claims or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your purchase of the Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card including damages arising out of changes to or termination of the Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card program or as a result of you or your recipient redeeming and/or using the Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card. This applies to all damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.
